Restore Energy Systems welcomes Edward Murphy as Business Development Manager for lithium ion, Milto

Gary Reinert, Vice President and General Manager, ReStore Energy Systems, a division of Exide Technologies is please to announce that effective January 4th 2010, Edward Murphy has joined the ReStore team, Milton GA, as a Business Development Manager for lithium ion.

In his new position, Ed will develop, cultivate, and manage relationships with new and existing customers, coordinate pre-sales technical support, and execute plans for developing revenue streams in support of the Divisions goals in North America.

Ed will work closely with the ReStore Energy System’s Marketing and Engineering staffs and the Exide Industrial Division to acquire a deeper understanding of customer needs and chart the competitive landscape in order to better position our brands for growth.

Ed brings a wealth of experience to ReStore Energy Systems and has been successful in developing lithium ion sales in a variety of major accounts working with companies such as Valence Technology, Inc. and Electrovaya, Inc.
